We currently accept PayPal, Mastercard and Visa via our online facility. All prices and transactions are in Australian (AUS) dollars. No card information is saved at LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd and remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.
For International Purchases, all transactions are automatically converted to Australian dollars. The conversion rate will be at the discretion of your card or bank provider (a minor currency conversion fee may also apply). LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for any differences in amounts charged to your card, from the amount shown on the order receipt.
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA
Products shipped withing Australia will incur a postage fee of $7.60 up to 500g Estimated Delivery times are between 3 – 5 business days.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days, after complete payment of goods. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
All shipping outside Australia will be shipped via FED Ex.
Estimated Delivery Times are between 5-15 days.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address stated in your order. LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for loss or damage in the case of incorrect shipping details. Returned parcels resulting from incorrect shipping details, will incur a new shipping fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At LeMisse Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. However, please choose your purchase carefully as due to HYGIENE reasons all sales are final. Unless an incorrect item has been shipped, or product is faulty no returns or exchanges on any item will be accepted.
In the event of incorrect or faulty goods received, LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd needs to be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days (36 hours) after the date of receipt by you.
If your item is faulty upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging, unused and unopened.

Once the returned item has been received, a full refund will be provided to your paypal or credit card account. This will take place within 3 business days.
Samples, Promotions & Coupon Codes
Occasionally, some orders may receive samples. Samples may not be returned for credit or exchanged.
From time to LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd offers promotions. Please follow the guidelines associated with the promotion. Only one coupon or promotion code may be used per order and one code per customer unless otherwise stated. To avoid order processing issues, please make sure to review that the correct item, price and address information appears on the final order review screen. If the screen does not reflect what you expected, do NOT submit order. If you do submit the order by accident, log into your account and cancel it. Unfortunately our system and customer service staff is not able to reissue lost promo codes. Please review all orders carefully prior to submitting. LeMisse Cosmetics Pty Ltd is not responsible for credit card processing issues, web issues, incorrect information submission or any number of other things outside our control. Promo codes are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, codes or offers.
